Rev. Melissa Cooper

Rev. Melissa Cooper is an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church. She currently serves as the Minister of Worship & Arts at St. Luke\'s United Methodist Church in Orlando, FL. She is also an Associate with Vibrant Faith, providing ministry coaching services in the area of intergenerational ministry and culture. She received her Master of Theological Studies degree in 2009 from Boston University School of Theology. Melissa is married to Will, and they are the parents to the cutest poodle and sassiest cats you’ll ever meet.
Rev. Corey Jones
Sr. Pastor at Pasadena Community Church in St. Petersburg, FL
Corey has a background in children’s, outreach, camping, and pastoral ministries, serving in different capacities since 2000. After starting at Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando in 2009, he was appointed as the pastor of St. Mark UMC, Lakeland.
Upon earning his Master of Divinity from Asbury in 2012, he was appointed to St. Luke’s UMC, Orlando. There, he served for seven years and nearly three years as the Executive Pastor.
Corey currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Pasadena Community Church in St. Petersburg. He also serves on various boards and committees.
Corey is married to his best friend, Carol, a middle-school math teacher. They have two sons, Gavin Michael and Isiah Jackson. The four of them love swimming, watching sports and movies, going to the beach, and dancing in the kitchen.
Co-Director at the Gator Wesley Foundation in Gainesville, FL
Heather Pancoast is the Co-Director of the Gator Wesley Campus Ministry and served as the Assistant Director at the Warren Willis Camp for 14 years prior. She has a Masters in Clinical Social Work. Heather is passionate about ministry with young adults. She is the mom of two daughters, Elliot and Norah, married to Joel and dog mom to Boulder and Tobin. She loves yoga, watching her girls play soccer and sitting in the sun!
Rev. Dr. Candace Lewis
District Superintendent, Gulf Central District of the Florida Annual Conference
Rev. Dr. Candace M. Lewis is an Elder in the Florida and currently serves as a District Superintendent in the Gulf Central District. She oversees 89 Churches and Pastors. Candace believes that God called her to be an Entrepreneur in ministry and God has given her the gift of leadership. In 2018 she co-authored and published her first church leadership book called Resurgence – Navigating the Changing Ministry Landscape. Candace considers herself a lifelong learner, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida majoring in Communications. She earned her Masters of Divinity degree from Gammon Theological Seminary and her Doctorate of Ministry degree from Wesley Theological Seminary. Candace still loves Jesus and enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends and her hobbies include cooking, exercising with her Fitbit and completing races. Candace is a sought after speaker, teacher, presenter, coach and consultant. She lives out her call by serving and equipping people to connect w Jesus and reach their full potential in life and ministry. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and participating in Fitbit challenges.
